Kevin A. Martelon is a native of Philadelphia, PA and is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard.
After running a General Contracting company in Philadelphia for years, Kevin began working for a Pennsylvania home inspection firm in 2000.
Kevin's home inspection career brought he and his family to Fredericksburg, VA in 2002.
A + Home Inspection was created in early 2004.

Kevin is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors. ASHI is the most respected of the national organizations and strict standards apply. As a member you must pass a national home inspection exam, follow a strict code of ethics and have a peer review of your reporting prior to membership.

A+ Home Inspection is fully insured and is certified to perform enviromental testing by Pro-Lab.
A+ Home Inspection is a member of NEHA, the National Enviromental Health Association which certifies A+ to perform radon testing.
